Reclaiming The Fiber
I begin with gathered papers, breaking them down into a raw pulp ready for new purpose.
Building The Form
I shape each piece slowly by hand, allowing wet layers to settle, dry, and gain structural density.
Refining The Texture
Over time, I refine the surface, revealing quiet textures that carry traces of the material’s earlier life.
Letting The Piece Settle
I respond to the fiber rather than force it, letting patience define an unrepeatable form.
Unhurried Hands
I work with patient intention, shaping raw pulp slowly into forms that cannot be recreated or mass-produced.
Reverence For Earth
I transform post-consumer papers and discarded materials into enduring art, honoring our planet through careful, sustainable practice.
Living Spaces Elevated
I create each piece to bring quiet warmth, tactile depth, and singular handmade beauty into your personal home environment.
Art As Gentle Renewal
Bringing a distinct sculptural tradition into intimate spaces.
Pulp sculpture carries a rich tradition across Europe, yet it remains remarkably rare as a fine art medium here in the United States. I work in this understated space, shaping reclaimed paper fibers into dense, permanent structures that challenge how we think about paper.
Because of this medium's rare nature, I keep how I share my work just as deliberate. You will not find my pieces in public craft fairs, vendor markets, or commercial wholesale outlets. Instead, I choose to place my work privately—connecting directly with individual collectors, collaborating alongside interior designers, and relying on genuine word of mouth. This allows every piece to transition directly from my studio bench into spaces where handmade originality is truly valued.
